Dzogchen Teaching and Meditation Retreat with Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche (in-person & online)
Join us online or in person at the Boulder Shambhala Center for an evening of teachings with the Bon dzochen master Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche. We are fortunate to have this opportunity to connect with the Bon lineage.
We are delighted to host Rinpoche at the Boulder Shambhala Center for a public talk and teachings before his 5-day meditation retreat at Tashi Choling Retreat House.
Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche is the abbot (khenpo) of Triten Norbutse Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal, one of the two main Bön monasteries outside of Tibet.
Since 1998, Khenchen Rinpoche has been regularly traveling within Europe and America giving teachings, including leading retreats with H.E. Yongdzin Rinpoche. Since 2005, with guidance from H.E. Yongdzin Rinpoche and help from dedicated volunteer committees, Khenchen Rinpoche has taken the responsibility of establishing the congregation of Shenten Dargye Ling in Blou, France, for the preservation, research, teaching and practice of the Yungdrung Bön tradition in the West. He has organized one symposium on the Bön tradition in 2008 in Shenten Dargye Ling, and invited many scholars and Geshes to present their original research at the international meeting.
